Leaders are found in our classrooms, athletic competitions, corporations, and legislatures. These individuals, as Steven Pearlstein wrote in, "Seven who exceed defining," have "determination not just to do their jobs well, but to redefine them to make them broader and the challenges more ambitious." Of course, some leaders — George Washington is a prime example — define the role for others to follow.
